Truro SLC beat hosts Falmouth by 4 to 1 to win the Pawle Cup for a second consecutive season. The Penzance Pirates managed to take the Hine Plate 3-2 in a thrilling match against last year’s winners BUDE. The afternoon was a most fitting climax to a good season with thanks extended to The Falmouth Club for once again making the event so special. A particular mention also to Huw for organising the hosting, to league secretary Neil for the cups and trophies and to Terry for the presentations. It was a personal delight to see many old faces from Falmouth and other clubs there. A great sporting and social event. See you all next season.
