Falmouth triumphed spectacularly in their final match of the league v TR2 Young Pretenders at Western Terrace. After serial champions and long time table toppers TR3 slipped up in their final few matches opening the door wide for Matt's men to profit with thumping wins at home against The Slayers and TR2. Just 11 out of a possible 15 points were required and it was by no means a certainty with TR2's current in-form #1 Louis playing his best squash ever. But Jonny et al did the business and MADE HISTORY. Their place at the End-of-Season Play-Off Final in April is now assured. A Christmas drink or two were surely enjoyed at Falmouth HQ.......CONGRATS to FALMOUTH!

Bude SC won Div2 in style - henceforth to be known as 'The Invincibles' - and have duely announced their intention to push on for promotion if they do the double by April and if their migratory #1 decides to over-winter (for once!) in Cornwall next season. They are certainly growing in strength and confidence and have some very energetic young legs too! Congratulations to Rob and his much-travelled team. NB Those teams struggling in Div2 BEWARE!!
