| Report: | Exciting friendly well refereed and well respected match.
Taron played really well, made several errors that kept his Jon in the game but comfortable overall with great fitness, winning drives- he does have to ask for more lets. Jon resilient and hard hitting.
Tim played an admirable game displaying his super squash skills and control- hardly touching drops, tight lengths and his trademark volley boasts saw him take out his Ajit 3-0. Ajit has some great drives and almost nicked a few games with excellent cross court drops and volleys.
Hatchy played Christian- quite a funny game. Ian’s skills are second to none with his power and disguise but funny because Christian wasn’t at his best and when Hatchy didn’t move forward a few times and Christyjust had to drop he played it right back to Hatchy. Hatchy also played a few really ‘horrible’ slow serves which Christian hit into the tin.
And me, I tried, but Tom was too strong - very fast - great drives and drops with my restricted movement due to blistered feet, which was very painful. Good win for Pz2 |
