| Report: | Great effort from all involved, huge thanks to Chris and his team for travelling in filthy weather! Gary rolled back the years to negate Adam O's hard hitting game and picked him off with aplomb. Jago showed his continual improvement with an assured length game which restricted the battling Adam Mather. Pete and Ali battled well and contributed to a late finish with a see saw game that had occasional outbreaks of decent squash from both players, Ali saving a match point and going on to snatch victory. Gerrit and Chris again took it to five with some brutal length rallies, both seemingly reluctant to drop, to the annoyance of the hungry gallery! A quality match taken by Gerrit in the 5th for Tr5's only win. Bude comfortable winners and excellent food enjoyed by all afterwards. |
