| Away Report: | 'Pz 2 travelled to Falmouth with 2 keen and willing reserves in Gareth and young Pirate Taron.. First on Taron who gave a great account of himself and just missing out on the first game against Dr Tom.. The Doc found his Drop shots and ran out a comfortable winner.. Nigel at 1 next on against an out of form Matt Tamblyn.. Well after a convincing win for Matt playing some great squash with a mixture of power, speed and tight volleys ,Nigel came off court wondering what the score might have been if he was playing well.. Tim playing high at no 2 was always up against the tough and athletic Huw. First 2 games pretty easy for Huw but Tim rallied and found some nice boasts to make it abit tighter.These games will only improve Tim''s fitness. Gareth playing team squash for the pirates for many years kept close to young William although in the latter stages Gareth ran out of steam and William eased past the post .. A great stuffing but a great night always in the bar at Falmouth.. We look forward to the return at home in PZ.' |
