| Report: | A great return match with Falmouth at the Ben Ainslie Courts. After the previous match finishing after 10pm - time was a worry in completing this match!! We managed to fit it in despite hard fought matches all evening.
Tatters took a while to get out of the car but Huw was too strong this time, Adam not able to get a decent length and punished because of it.
Burnelli turned up this week with the 3 Vs and pushed Billy hard, especially at the front where his drops were on form...Billy proving just that bit fitter and taking the match.
THE Harry Cobley, managed to keep his lunch down for this 5 setter. Driving the ball hard and low, but his short game let him down a bit, with Alex digging in after losing a strong 2-0 lead.
The Matts went on last and the NOB Matt made an excellent 2-0 start, catching FAL Matt off guard at the start. Fitness was of course important, and FAL Matt ran everything down, picking up drop after drop. a VERY hard match ended with Falmouth just squeezing the final game 16-14.
Childcare & Driving duties by April was greatly received and enabled the NOBs to play - Thank You.
Harry lost his dinner eventually, behind a wall outside Spoons!
