| Report: | Cheers for Bodmin for coming across for a great evening of Squash. First up was Dave v Paul. I missed this one as I was driving back from Millfield, but looks like a close couple of games. Dave's consistency in his shots probably helping with the win.
Tom J had another close few games with Matt N, but didn't seem to be under too much pressure with his tidy drops and great running sealing the win.
Tom H and Mike had another epic encounter, each game being incredibly tight with good shots and rallies. Mike's winners were hard to read, but when Tom drew the match 2-2 we all thought he had the upper hand over a tired looking Mike. But Mike doesn't quit easily and pulled off a great victory. Their previous encounter went 3-2 to Tom, so a bit of revenge for the Bodmin player.
Finally I got on court with another Matt S. A new player from Bodmin so didn't know what to expect. It's never easy playing a left-hander, but I stuck to my game plan and came away with the win. It's great to see a new player for the Dragon's though and I'm sure with a bit of time on court he'll be a tough no.1 to beat.
