Report: | This fixture appeared to be key in the battle for bottom of the table, with both teams struggling for form so far this season. Falmouth 3 should have been favourites. But Bodmin utilised all our home advantages - cratered walls, dripping roofs, puddles on floors, cold draughts, loose floorboards, and disruptive children. We did give the luxury of removing buckets from the court before commencing play though! Falmouth didn't bring their usual sonic weapon, so without Pete Keam playing Bodmin managed to get a convincing 3-1 win. This puts the fight for bottom very close, although Bodmin have two very tough games still to play. |
