| Report: | Huw managed to get 2 games off Pete walker which is a top achievement. I lost to Pete Simmons despite taking the first game. Martin had a great match vs Tim smith with 2 games going to tie break. And Jonny’s game vs Rory saw a few too many tins by Jon and great length by Rory. |

| Notes: | TR3 consolidate their lead at the top with this fine win. It's not over yet though! Falmouth have a game in hand and should they win it with a max 15 points they will be just 2 points behind TR3. One slip up, an injury, a walkover (I nearly said 'Skywalkerover' or an off-night and I think Jonny et al will be on it like sonic! Clearly, it's between these two with TR3 in the driving seat but last year's double champs, Priemy's NQY2, have to play both. The prize is a plaque as Autumn League Champs but more importantly, an automatic place at the GRAND FINAL in April. I've got a feeling January onwards could be more hotly contested and frenetic, everyone agrees! All eyes were on Jonny v Rory with most expecting an upset but well done Rory for the W which reaffirms your top dog status in the leagues! It's all to play for.....squeaky bum time! Love it! |
