Report

Report: ‘‘Twas the night before Tuesday in falmouth town, last seasons champions appeared missing their crown.
First on court was a young mr Hatch, eager to avenge a defeat from last match.
The vet put up an admirable fight, no match for Hatchy diving left and then right.
Next up the artist facing an ex-pro, in the 4th no one knew which way it would go.
As Jay pulled away Quinn snarled at his knee, reminiscing on his £800,000 transfer fee.
Gareth now equipped with bionic leg in place, faced Rhino who wasn’t phased by the brace.
Swiftly dispatched after an early blip, Penzance surely regretting their trip?
Mr Cruse entered the fray equipped with new Racket, against your author today the Rt Hon Dr Hackett.
A friendly affair saw it go to four, with the German hoping he could take it to more.
All stayed for food except Mr Hatch, who made a swift exit early on in the match.
Falmouth pleased they played as well as they could, Penzance missing two Tims and the legend Bob Woods.

Away Report

Away Report:' Pirates have a willing squad who give of their best and still earn points despite absences. Wayne continues to improve and gain valuable match play. Yes Gareth is back on court complete with bionic leg. A little scare and wobble for Christian nearly gave me my first point in a long time in the first game I can only call it a respectable loss. Adrian battled hard against Tom but the Rt Hon Dr had his sights well adjusted and proved very accurate. Ian will be back to avenge his dropping a game not just his body on the court, but 3 valued points, Thanks Ian. Great to read even in retirement the leg end Woodsey gets a mention'

Administrator Notes

Notes:Fal2 are flying at the moment and this is a great result for them. As I said last week, Dr Tom and Tom J are much improved and both wins rather confirm that! Tom V Quinny must have been all about the legs! Christian was January's Player of the Month so there's another hard-to-beat improver! Hatchy notched up a great win V Oli - experience and gritty Pirateness away from PZ Central! Must have been good on the eye as both know the four corners of a squash crt really well. Pirates absences are beginning to tell but they'll bounce back for sure......
