| Report: | The NOBS were too strong for the visiting Falmouth team. All games were won 3 - 0 to Newquay, so it was quite an early move for the bar, which once against suited the both teams and the Gaffer. |

| Notes: | Early food and post match chin wagging due to a comprehensive NOBs' W! Falmouth will be glad to see Martin back if only on two cylinders as yet! There are rumblings that TJ may not be able to play the last few so that looks like curtains for the famous club! Bude are in the driving seat for the Div2 title after their 15-1 drubbing of TR5 last night which puts them 10pts clear of Huw's Fal3, but they have the option to decline promotion if they wish to. Fal3 have the easier run in but Bude have the pts advantage - watch this space. The other permutation is, of course, The Slayer’s slide down the table which does get the nerves jangling! Squeaky bum time indeed! However, both teams' problems are injury caused and their best squads are solid Div1 standard so with next season in mind let's hope for a lifeline!?! Well done The Gaffer, you take all the credit for turning around a relegation safe bet team to a possible top two side - Manager of the Season Award? At least, bare minimum, I recommend that all your fines are wiped out! The Chairman has spoken...... |
