Julian is still ‘early season’ but Rob is much fitter and looking deadly back on court. The Master sneaked it a la Manchester Utd 3-2 after being 2-0 down with a nail biting 17-15 in the 5th against Chris who must be gutted. Ali grew in strength as Russ faded and Robin was just too lively around the court for Si Tai! Bodmin next week so getting in some practice sessions might be on the cards! Author:   Administrator Notes   Notes: Well done Bude, another good victory at Truro and without Tremaine and Fin so all the more impressive. TR4 and TR5 are looking vulnerable this year in a much stronger Div 2. Match of the night was most definitely Dave v Chris with that dramatic 17-15 in the 5th. With Ali in the Bude bus there was probably a celebratory burger at Hamburger Hill on the way back! Truro again next week for Rob’s team - more smash and grab expected!
