Report

Report: Charged with stopping the runaway Penzance train, Falmouth managed to field 4 players after negotiating with respective other halves in US-North Korea style talks.
Penzance has players to spare with subs lending moral support as they put falmouth to the sword.
Gordon didn’t mess around and clinically sealed N early 3 points.
Christian played a stormer for 2 games taking 2 game lead but then realised his fuel gauge was empty and Tim quickly snatched 2 back. The final game went to 2clear with both having match points but the support (pressure) of his team mates drove Tim to victory.
Tim P didn’t let anything go long as he took 3 points with a brief wobble where he seemed to like the sound of the tin repeatedly being smashed.
Ollie vs Hatch barely had anything in it, could have gone either way easily had Hatch not used his experience to frustrate Ollie into unforced errors, taking a clinical 3-0.
Congratulations to the Pirates, who appear to have taken the title barring some freak Bude results.

Administrator Notes

Notes:Rumour has it - FAKE NEWS OR NOT? But the Pirates of PZ won 15-3 making it virtually a done deal that they are Div 2 Champs and promoted to the top flight. Bodmin have a better games difference by 7 but they'll need to win 15 to less than 7 at Bude! It's not over until the fat lady sings, they say!
