As was the case last time, it came down to games won and this time Bude edged it. Ali Mason was impressive at 4, overcoming a battling Andy for the loss of just one game and Tremaine pushed Max to the brink at one before Max’s quality eventually told in a cracking first string tie. All credit to young Steven Yardley too for his help refereeing. And well done Penzance - this result makes their victory in league 2 official.
