| Report: | Unfortunately Newquay could only manage 3 players for this one with Matt Harford having to pull out late with stomach cramps.Owen put up a brave effort against Huw but came away empty handed.The slow starting Martin Thompson dropped the first but then took it out of neutral to win 3-1.But the upset of the night being Darren Shaws shock win over John Newton,a great match swinging one way then the other Darren eventually coming out on top 3-2! |

| Notes: | Great match report to equal Darren's heroics! Matt might have swung the outcome in the home side's favour but Falmouth won't be wasting time on that now they have a clear advantage over TR1 who lost to the NOBs. Not sure catching TR3 is possible without a minor miracle or two but 2nd puts them in the driving seat for a better seeding in the Pawle Cup this year. Draw out next week! |
